The film leads to the hero, Arjun (Emraan Hashmi) is Goa's own Robin Hood. Ex-policeman who is now involved in almost all illegal activities, which can be controlled by wearing a leather jacket. And because the number of murders in the penalty is the same as the one, let's hope the third is a bit more thinking.
